RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
- Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
- Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.
- Support implementing and improving effective security incident response management and further infrastructure-related security enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media, technology, computer science, information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience with digital services, social media, digital security or a similar field
- Strong English writing skills, project management experience and social media knowledge
- Passion for social media, digital tools and service mindset
- Understanding of the digital and social media industry – including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.
- Have an active Facebook account so that you can use in Facebook Business Manager.
- A passion for information technology, digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes.
- Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Facebook Business Manager, LastPass, Brandbastion and Airtable.
- Have strong communication skills and a desire to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors - and to communicate technical subject-matter.
- Organized, creative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Education
- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in overseeing IT infrastructure, applications and data systems, preferably in a sports performance or high-performance environment.
- IT Related
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and application services.
- Proficiency in IT management, including budgeting and vendor control.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including analytics platforms and data pipelines.
- Business Related
- Sound understanding of company functions and culture, particularly within the sports performance domain.
- General
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in both German and English language.
