Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Module MM und WM sowie angrenzender Prozesse
- Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von Materialwirtschafts- und Lagerverwaltungsprozessen in SAP
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer SAP-Lösungen und Releasewechseln
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Anforderungsaufnahme und Umsetzung
- Durchführung von Customizing, Tests und Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei SAP-Projekten und Rollouts
- 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für die Key User und Fachbereiche

Die Rolle
- Berechnung der Kosten für alle Fertigwaren (einschließlich Halbfertigwaren).
- Kostenprognosen für neue Produktanfragen aus allen Ländern.
- Unterstützung der Operations Abteilung hinsichtlich verschiedener Prozesse in SAP und Vorantreiben von Optimierungen.
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of professional experience in a procurement, SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM key user or consultant role
- Depth knowledge of SAP ARIBA/ SAP MM or similar procure to pay solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of procurement
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in operational procurement or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Industry experience in beverages or consumer goods is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP MM/S4 (mandatory).
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba modules (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing) is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
