- Internationale SAP HCM-Projekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Betriebsübergabe erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Requirements zu erheben, Spezifikationen zu erstellen und gemeinsam mit HCM-Expert:innen und Entwickler:innen umzusetzen
- Externe Partner:innen fachlich zu steuern und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kolleg:innen aktiv zu koordinieren
- Systeme in unsere HCM-Landschaft zu integrieren und Transformationsprojekte im HR-IT-Umfeld in enger Abstimmung mit dem Architekten zu begleiten

Wir möchten die Welt bewegen
- Du arbeitest in einem modernen HR IT Umfeld mit SAP SuccessFactors, SAP H4S4 und SAP Fiori und gestaltest die digitale Transformation unseren HR-Bereichs mit
- Als Teil-Projektleitung begleitest und steuerst du den Übergang unseres SAP R3 hin zu H4S4.
- Gemeinsam mit den operativen HR-Teams betreust und entwickelst du unser SAP HCM kontinuierlich weiter (u. a. Module PY, PT, OM, ILM, Berechtigungen).
- Du koordinierst und unterstützt Reorganisationen sowie organisatorische Anpassungen in unserem Unternehmen innerhalb von SAP SuccessFactors.
- Außerdem verantwortest du die Steuerung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen in SAP HCM und SAP Fiori.
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich und stehst Endanwender:innen wie HR Services und Personalverrechnung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide business process consulting with a focus on SAP SD and CS / S4 Service modules
- Design, document, customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in requirement and specification workshops for new business demands
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners as an interface to internal teams
- Independently manage work packages or (sub-)projects, including preparation and reporting of workshops and meetings

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage ERP rollout projects and sub-projects, including work packages and change implementations
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on project meetings and workshops
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for project execution
- Oversee ERP support coordination, handling 2nd and 3rd level support for INFOR LN Financials
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests from EMEA and APAC regions
