- You will support the introduction of comprehensive IT and software solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation in terms of budget, time and content.
- Your focus will be on coordinating and managing customer projects. You will work closely with your project team, manage the individual phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will hold regular project meetings, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare decisions for management.

Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the global indirect procurement function, including strategy, governance, and organizational excellence
- Define and implement global sourcing, contracting, and supplier management strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply security
- Drive KPI-based performance management, including cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management
- Lead and develop an international team, including target setting, coaching, and performance management
- Manage strategic procurement projects and act as escalation point for complex supplier and contract topics

Key Facts
- Duration: starting July 2026 for a period of 1 year
- Work location: primarily remote – attendance at the company site in Salzburg by agreement (approx. 1–2 times per month)
- Working hours: minimum 30 hours up to full-time
- Compensation: gross €1,600.00 per month based on full-time employment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality Management
- Define, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organization
- Actively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence

- Lead the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized operational processes, policies, work instructions, and control methods across key business functions.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, and value stream mapping methodologies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Salzburg site by driving measurable gains in quality, cycle time, productivity, and cost.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to embed Design for Quality (DFQ), Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA), and process discipline into product development and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Drive the development and standardization of engineering and operational review practices, including stage-gate rigor, process controls, tolerance analysis, and verification approaches where applicable.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address systemic process issues, eliminate waste, and improve overall business performance.
- Establish and strengthen structured change management practices to ensure process and design changes are evaluated, communicated, and implemented effectively.
