As Head of Global Indirect Procurement, you will lead and further develop the global indirect procurement function, driving strategic sourcing, governance, and value contribution across the organization. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the global indirect procurement function, including strategy, governance, and organizational excellence
• Define and implement global sourcing, contracting, and supplier management strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply security
• Drive KPI-based performance management, including cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management
• Lead and develop an international team, including target setting, coaching, and performance management
• Manage strategic procurement projects and act as escalation point for complex supplier and contract topics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in indirect procurement with proven leadership responsibility
• Strong strategic mindset combined with analytical and KPI-driven management capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Experience with procurement tools, SAP, and cross-functional project management
