- Leadership & Collaboration: Setting priorities, allocating resources, ensuring goal achievement, driving cross‑functional collaboration across global development teams and product lines
- Standards Development: Creating, aligning, and maintaining global product‑specific and cross‑product‑line standards, including continuous improvement of internal approval processes (PNORMEN)
- Process Excellence: Establishing and optimizing a robust, efficient standardisation process that ensures high quality, clarity, and consistency of standards
- Norm Program: Managing all technical and organizational Product Line Loader Cranes requirements of the M‑Files norms program, ensuring system optimization, data quality, and supporting users through trainings
- Global Impact: Enabling uniform, efficient standards, improving development efficiency through reuse, strengthening lifecycle-wide collaboration and building a future‑proof standardisation framework

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive portfolio development by initiating product development projects and business cases for different industry applications.
- Gather, evaluate and prioritize product requirements and unique selling propositions (USPs) from EMEA markets.
- Conduct structured competitive and market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and gaps in our product offering.
- Collaborate closely with Product Line Management, Product Application Management, Sales Training and Product Marketing on product launches and discontinuations.
- Support the EMEA sales teams with application and market know-how to win new business and further develop existing customers.
- Build up new and strengthen existing business relations to lead customers and installation partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality Management
- Define, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organization
- Actively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence

- Develop and consult EMEA markets to drive After Sales growth and profitability
- Strengthen and support distributor networks across the region
- Increase market penetration of service products through strategic initiatives
- Drive retail performance via targeted actions and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the IE/ME team and ensure high‑quality IE master data (BOE, BOP, M‑BOM)
- Plan and optimize production capabilities and capacities as well as investments in manufacturing equipment, tools and infrastructure
- Conduct time studies, cost analyses, and productivity reviews and support implementation of new technologies and engineering changes
- Deploy the PALFINGER Production System (PPS) and strengthen Lean culture across the plant
- Establish Shop Floor Management and drive continuous improvement projects ans develop and maintain the Overall Plant Concept (OPC) and optimize value streams and Monitor KPIs and track improvements via the Plant Saving Tracker (PST)
