YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration in the Corporate Marketing & Communications department – within the Brand and Campaigning team, with a focus on the global roll out of our new brand design within our Brand Design Team
- Assist in researching & categorizing current brand iterations and maintain an overview of ongoing implementation activities within the international organisation
- Support the design team in transforming brand iterations into the new design principles, creating new templates for MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Enabler and other software systems
- Help coordinate different tasks of the global implementation plan
- Prepare presentation materials and summaries for management and team meetings

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the harmonization of procurement- and material-related data across different ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN, Microsoft Axapta)
- Assist in identifying consolidation and volume-bundling opportunities across Marine & Wind Cranes, Marine Handling Solutions, and Boats & Davits
- Prepare and analyze spending patterns to enable material and supply chain optimization
- Support cost‑saving and design‑to‑cost projects by analyzing BOM (Bill of Materials) and preparing cost overviews. You will closely collaborate with the lead buyers and other project team members
- Support in creating project documentation such as presentations, templates, dashboards, and reporting materials

Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess sowie die Prozessentwicklung für die Produktion von Großdieselerzeugnissen.
- Durch die Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowie die Gestaltung von Layouts nach den Prinzipien des Bosch Production Systems trägst du zur Effizienzsteigerung bei.
- Eigenverantwortlich leitest du Projekte im Produktionsumfeld mit Unterstützung der Fertigungsingenieur*innen und kümmerst dich um die Erstellung sowie Pflege von Fertigungsdokumenten. Außerdem prüfst du Messmittel- und Maschinenfähigkeiten.
- Bei der Auditvorbereitung wirkst du mit und bearbeitest interne sowie externe Qualitätsbeanstandungen nach der 8D-Systematik.
- Zudem setzt du Maßnahmen zur Produktivitätssteigerung und -stabilisierung in der Teilefertigung, Wärmebehandlung, Montage und Prüfung um und identifizierst und setzt Optimierungspotenziale in den Bereichen Qualität, Kosten und Lieferung um.
