- Bearbeitung, Analyse und Behebung von eingehenden Problemfällen und Systemmeldungen (2nd & 3rd Level Support) an Haupt- und Nebenstandorten in Österreich
- Koordination mit dem internationalen IT-Support von Amer Sports
- Life-Cycle-Management für Hardware (Clients, Phone, Printer) und Software
- Client Management Unterstützung (SCCM, Intune)
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Support und Infrastruktur
- Technische Schnittstelle zwischen lokalem Business und IT

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik (HAK, HTL, Uni, FH) oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP, ABAP Objects und idealerweise Fiori/UI5
- erste Erfahrung im S/4HANA-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in Testmethoden und Debugging im SAP-Kontext
- Kenntnisse in OData sowie Webservice-Technologien von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung in SAP-Technologien
- analytisches Denkvermögen, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Interesse an der digitalen Weiterentwicklung im Gesundheitswesen
