Was dich erwartet
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, sowie des Nachhaltigkeitsberichts gem. CSRD der PALFINGER Gruppe
- Durchführung von Abstimmungsarbeiten und Datenaufbereitungen
- Unterstützung bei fachlichen Ausarbeitungen (IFRS und ESRS)
- Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen für die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung
- Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten im Bereich Accounting und Non-Financial Reporting

• Abwicklung von Trade Compliance – Prüfungen mit Fokus auf Exportkontrolle
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner Compliance-Schulungen
• Erstellung und Betreuung von Group Policy - Projekten
• Durchführung von Recherchen zu regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Unterstützung der Organisation bei Compliance-bezogenen Fragestellungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume the role of Project Manager (f/m/d) for PALFINGER's implementation and rollout projects
- Coordinate work packages within projects
- Conduct professional project planning, control, and reporting
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Coordinate employees from various units and divisions, as well as external partners, within the context of projects
- Oversee project closure and handover to regular support and local business entities
- Further develop project management and rollout methods, standards, and tools used at PALFINGER

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection, derivation, challenge of business requirements and cross-functional alignment of those with involved stakeholders
- Conceptual design of IT system landscape, detailed documentation of requirements as well as handing them over to IT department of the Organization
- Design of PLM system implementation road map to ensure stakeholder commitment
- PLM system implementation in form of pilot projects, proof of concepts, etc., while ensuring smoothly running daily business
- Support the integration of new group entities into the existing PLM system landscape
- Key point of contact within Engineering in regarding the implementation of new software solutions
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions, as well as across all organizational levels & with external vendors and consultants
