YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, focusing on internal communication
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the new internal communication platform ("New Intranet")
- Create and manage content for global communication campaigns, including posters, brochures, and intranet updates
- Perform editorial tasks such as research, copywriting, editing, translation, and visual content editing
- Assist with internal mailings, employee inquiries, and general day-to-day activities within the Corporate Communications department

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial and operational performance of business areas – with a focus on ICT and Process & Data Management – to identify improvement opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner to functional managers, supporting business development, decision-making, and performance monitoring
- Lead efficiency and process improvement projects, develop standards, and design optimized cost allocation systems that add measurable value
- Develop, implement, and harmonize controlling standards to ensure consistency across the group
- Coordinate key financial processes such as budgeting, target setting, and monthly closing, while driving performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with Service and After Sales teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the preparation, analysis, and improvement of regular financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing analytical insights and data support
- Contribute to IT-Controlling and efficiency projects by helping develop standards and optimize cost allocation systems
- Assist in managing intragroup service relationships and in further developing internal cost allocation models
- Process, clean, and analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful financial insights

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyse competitive products, performance, and capabilities. Communicate insights to the product development team and define countermeasures against competitive positions
- Collect and interpret the voice of the customer (VOC) and stakeholder requirements in a solution-neutral form. Support evaluation of regulatory requirements, norms, and standards. Review stakeholder requirement documents and assess scope changes during development
- Provide feedback on technical feasibility, risks, and opportunities for product portfolio planning. Support the process of maximising value proposition for individual products and the overall portfolio. Communicate product plans and strategy to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Assist in developing business opportunity proposals and business cases during early PDP phases. Act as an interface between product development and business functions to ensure feasibility and risk assessment
- Assemble information for gate reviews and provide critical analysis for decision-making. Evaluate and communicate impacts of scope changes on technical concepts, costs, and risks

Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of the hydraulic engineering discipline group for R&D projects on davits in the marine industry.
- Technical support of hydraulic discipline engineers, optimizing technical department processes, considering customer requirements, and international standards and regulations.
- Set up standards for main hydraulic system design and support their development, ensuring compliance with system requirements derived from relevant standards and regulations, such as functional safety.
- Support the development of cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible partners.
- Cooperate with the hydraulic discipline engineers to ensure assigned projects meet customer and company’s objectives.
