- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Database Platform (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)

- Projektverantwortung im Bereich Infrastruktur, insbesondere bei Migrationen und Weiterentwicklungen
- Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und anderen IT-Teams zu Architektur-, Upgrade- und Plattformthemen
- Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Architekturprinzipien

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
- Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
- Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
- Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
- Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define, document, and continuously improve engineering data structures, processes, and data models in systems such as Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA• Establish and maintain data-governance standards for data creation, changes, phase-out, quality, and usage• Monitor engineering-data quality, lead enrichment and cleansing initiatives, and develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms.• Support data migration, conversion, and system implementations or upgrades while ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, build a network of product-data experts, and provide training and coaching to promote best practices
