ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
- As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
- Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
- In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.
- Through continuous exchange, you will be familiar with customer needs and proactively address development potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS)
- Comfortable working with data having first experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of SQL to query databases and data products
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making
- Affinity for media and automation is a big plus
- Ability and courage to challenge the status quo as well as the willingness to investigate new solutions and technologies
