Internship International Category Portfolio Management

Join our International Portfolio Management team for a 6-month internship and gain hands-on experience helping to drive product portfolio strategy on a global scale.
You will support the team in aligning our portfolio with market trends, shopper insights, competitive developments, and business goals. Through close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams, you will help translate strategic initiatives into impactful concept sell presentations and contribute to bringing future innovations to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
COMMUNICATIONYou'll support effective knowledge sharing across international stakeholders by maintaining communication channels, sharing portfolio updates, and helping drive alignment across Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams.
PORTFOLIO COORDINATIONYou'll manage the distribution of new product samples for HQ Commercial teams and maintain portfolio and assortment overviews to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across the organization.
CONCEPT SELLING As an intern you'll create impactful Concept Sell presentations for new products and innovations, providing markets with the tools and insights needed to execute successful launches.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTAdditionally you'll contribute to portfolio optimization projects by analyzing shopper behavior, category trends, and market developments. You'll also support the Portfolio Manager in identifying opportunities to strengthen category performance and drive data-based decision-making.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong project management and planning competencies
- Great communication skills are required to communicate insights to various levels in the organization; as well as the ability to deliver presentations
- Must be able to effectively interact with peers, sales management and senior management.
- Attention to detail, process driven and structured
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent MS Office-Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Google Documents)
- Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
