- Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für die österreichische Vertriebsorganisation, Hersteller und interne Abteilungen bei allen Fragen rund um Zubehör und Connectivity
- Du unterstützt bei der Lösung technischer Probleme im Bereich Online-Dienste und Zubehörprodukte unserer Fahrzeugmarken
- In enger Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Herstellern klärst du technische Fragen, Kompatibilitäts- und Produktprobleme
- Du übernimmst die Gewährleistungs- und Reparaturabwicklung für Zubehörartikel
- Gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement prüfst du die Verwendbarkeit und technische Eignung von Zubehörartikeln
- Gelegentlich planst, organisierst und führst du Testeinbauten durch und dokumentierst diese sorgfältig
- Du erstellst praxisnahe Einbauanleitungen und technische Unterlagen und wirkst bei Schulungen sowie Veranstaltungen mit, um Wissen im Team weiterzugeben

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in computer science / similar study or equal practical experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience within an IT department or consulting company
- Hands-on experience in IT project management and in the global roll-out and delivery of business applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions or work with external partners
- Understanding of software development and system architecture (data models, integration of systems, programming languages and APIs) is beneficial
- Experience with management, configuration and implementation of SaaS based solutions is valuable
- A good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks to drive applications and foster innovation is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in requirement engineering (user story creation, process modelling, prototyping, …) or business analysis is beneficial
- Proactive working style, excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) paired with performance- and result-orientation

- Lead the implementations and rollouts of services across Red Bull and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
- Deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles. Collaborate closely with external vendors, internal teams such as architects and business partners.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and test management activities.
- Drive roadmaps and solutions to the company’s benefit.

- Gesamtverantwortung für den Testprozess - von der Konzeptionierung über die Durchführung bis zur Abnahme, inklusive Einhaltung der Quality Gates
- Steuerung eines virtuellen Testteams über mehrere Feature-Teams
- Verantwortung für Testumgebungen und Testdaten (einschließlich Datenmaskierung)
- Definition und Skalierung der Testautomatisierung sowie Governance für Tools und Standards
- Qualitätssicherung von Anforderungen und Spezifikationen, z. B. durch Shift-Left-Reviews, „Definition of Ready/Done“ und präzise Akzeptanzkriterien
- Transparenz und Reporting durch Metriken und Dashboards (z. B. Fehlerraten, Testabdeckung, Flakiness, Lead Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as product management, UX design, software engineering, computer science or some years of practical experience in this field.
- Solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B or B2E environment.
- Experience in Service Design or UX Design is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics
- Entrepreneurial in solving problems and focused on delivering results
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and strong selling skills to influence various stakeholders
