Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb unserer konzernweiten Identity- & Access-Management-Infrastruktur (tenfold, Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory / Hybrid-Identity)
- Automatisierung von IT Prozessen und Betriebsaufgaben mittels PowerShell, Graph API und M365-Tools
- Mitarbeit bei Architekturentscheidungen, Design neuer Cloud Lösungen und Einführung moderner IAM und Automatisierungsstandards
- Mitarbeit in und teilweise Leitung von (inter-)nationalen IT Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security, Infrastruktur, Support und Projektteams innerhalb der Konzern IT
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Abteilung

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain security standards, architectures, and baselines for on-premise Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Purview and Azure environments, including privileged access and Zero Trust principles as well as Email and Communications Security
- Guide, steer, and supervise third-party service providers responsible for implementing and operating security configurations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and best practices
- Govern identity and access management, including privileged access management, conditional access, and continuous improvement of Zero Trust capabilities
- Support and coordinate security monitoring and incident investigations using Microsoft audit and logging tools, SIEM platforms, and endpoint detection solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design secure network and cloud architectures, including firewall and secure access solutions, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance

- Support understanding of customer processes, applications, and use cases to inform internal product and technology execution
- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback

- Participate in all phases of the automation development: requirements, design/analysis, assembly, testing, integration, and volume manufacturing.
- Design and analyze mechanical and mechatronic systems, including motion control and automation.
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (software, controls, suppliers, manufacturing).
- Developing control systems in close collaboration with software teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype fabrication, and failure analysis using methods like 5-Why and 8D, characterize and validate design performance.
- Develop control systems hardware, perform PID tuning, and design motion profiles.
- Prepare reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
- Create documentation and support lifecycle management of products.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
