As a Specialist Experiential Marketing, you will be part of the PALFINGER Experiential Marketing Team and take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events within the Special Solutions segments, including Marine, Defense, and Railway. In this role, you act as the primary point of contact for global events and trade shows in these segments, ensuring that every brand experience meets PALFINGER’s high standards for quality, consistency, and brand identity. By developing impactful and memorable customer experiences, you directly contribute to positioning PALFINGER as a reliable, innovative partner across highly specialized industries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and execute events and trade shows for the Special Solutions segments (Marine, Defense, Railway), serving as the central contact for internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring brand‑compliant, impactful customer experiences and managing assigned project budgets
• Apply and support PALFINGER’s Global Fair & Event Guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand and architectural identity across all Special Solutions appearances
• Coordinate global and regional fair participation, aligning event planning and execution with corporate marketing and regional units for cohesive representation
• Consult and share best practices with regional hubs, partners, and dealers; identify and benchmark event trends relevant to specialized industries
• Support the Experiential Marketing team in ongoing projects and administrative tasks, provide coverage for team members during absences, and plan and execute strategic location openings

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years in organizing trade shows and events within an agency or corporate environment; proven ability to manage external partners effectively
• Strong self‑responsibility, assertiveness, resilience, and a solution‑oriented, structured working style with strategic and conceptual thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; reliable, team‑oriented, and able to contribute effectively in cross‑functional environments
• Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools; fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%), valid Class B driver’s license, and driving experience

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
