YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
- Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
- Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
- Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
- Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture

- Im Rahmen des 18-monatigen Programms wirst du internationale Projekte aus dem HR-Bereich aktiv begleiten und mitgestalten.
- Du wirst unterschiedliche HR-Rollen kennenlernen wie z.B. HR Business Partner, HR Beratung, Personalentwicklung oder HR Projektmanager:in.
- Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein; dabei erstellst du unter anderem Reportings für Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsentationen und führst Eingaben in unseren HR-Systemen (u.a. SAP HCM, HelloSuccess, etc.) durch.
- Du lernst die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche der Porsche Holding kennen und erhältst einen umfassenden Überblick über das Unternehmen. Dadurch gewinnst du wertvolle Einblicke, knüpfst ein starkes Netzwerk und legst den idealen Grundstein für deine Karriere bei der Porsche Holding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on SAP Finance projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Sie arbeiten dabei auch mit Angehörigen und Erwachsenenvertreter:innen eng zusammen
- Sie übernehmen die Leitungs- und Kontrollfunktion und gestalten diese nach den Prinzipien der Transparenz, des Vertrauens und einer wertschätzenden Feedbackkultur
- Darüber hinaus leiten Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen bei der Pflege an und verrichten selbst auch Unterstützungs- und Pflegedienste.

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules
