- Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and official confirmations
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR matters
- Maintaining and updating our digital personnel files
- Contributing to HR projects as well as the development of processes and standards
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing and administering employee benefits (e.g., public transport pass, company bike program, English courses)
- Organizing onboarding sessions and supporting HR events
- Planning, preparing, and participating in job fairs

- Talent Development: Support the design, coordination and continuous improvement of global development programs, including career paths, succession planning, learning initiatives, etc.
- Supporting roll out of global and local programs for leadership, high potentials etc.
- Retention and Engagement: Contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, and career progression
- Diversity and Inclusion: Support and advance the creation of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
- KPI’s: Monitor and report on key talent related metrics

- Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in Germany, in compliance with all legal and company-specific regulations
- Point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding payroll tax and social security matters
- Responsible for statutory reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with external authorities and institutions
- Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring data quality
- Preparation of HR statistics and reports
- Support during internal and external audits (e.g., tax audits)
- Close collaboration with HR team colleagues and regular exchange with Finance and Controlling
- Participation in payroll-related projects
- Continuous development and optimization of internal processes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as in important strategic projects
- Support with ongoing international M&A projects (e.g. company valuation, due diligence)
- Independent implementation of strategic analyses, especially market and company analyses
- Independent preparation and follow-up of management workshops
- Work in close collaboration with various functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)

- Koordination mit der externen Personalverrechnung (AT, CZ, PT) inkl. Verwaltung von Ein-/Austritten und allen abrechnungsrelevanten Änderungen
- Arbeitszeit‑, Abwesenheits‑ und Urlaubsdaten sowie Prüfung von Überstunden, Feiertags- und Wochenendregelungen
- Verwaltung und Aktualisierung abrechnungsrelevanter Daten in unserem Zeiterfassungssystem sowie Abstimmung mit HR, Management und Führungskräften
- Erstellung monatlicher Auswertungen für die externe Gehaltsabrechnung, inklusive Rückstellungen und Stundenlisten
- Prüfung von Probeabrechnungen
- Kompetente Ansprechpartnerin für Mitarbeitende zu Verrechnungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen
- Unterstützung und Abstimmung bei internationalen Themen wie Aufenthaltstiteln, A1‑Meldungen, Versicherungsangelegenheiten und Benefits
- Mitwirkung bei Prüfungen, internen Audits, sowie laufender Prozessoptimierung
