- Steuerung, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Gehaltsstrukturen sowie variablen Vergütungsprogrammen
- Verantwortung für die Governance und Weiterentwicklung des globalen PALFINGER Job Grading Systems
- Beratung und Unterstützung von HR-Kollegen sowie Führungskräften in allen C&B-Themen (z. B. Compensation Reviews, Job Offers und weitere vergütungsrelevante Fälle)
- Koordination und Vorantreiben globaler C&B-Projekte und Change-Initiativen inklusive Stakeholder-Alignment, sauberer Dokumentation und konsistentem Rollout in der Organisation

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.

Key Facts
- Duration: starting July 2026 for a period of 1 year
- Work location: primarily remote – attendance at the company site in Salzburg by agreement (approx. 1–2 times per month)
- Working hours: minimum 30 hours up to full-time
- Compensation: gross €1,600.00 per month based on full-time employment

Tasks
- Lead and continuously improve HR operations across DACH(I), including employee data administration, HRIS accuracy, hire‑to‑retire processes, payroll coordination, time & absence, travel expenses, and personnel documentation
- Manage and develop the regional People Operations team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary operational interface for employees, works councils, and external partners; serve as escalation point for complex operational matters
- Drive HR process standardization, digitalization, and optimization, including ownership of SuccessFactors usage, HR reporting, and automation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law, data protection, and governance requirements; lead operational works council interactions and negotiations
- Own the operational Talent Acquisition setup, including SuccessFactors Recruiting, recruiting workflows, onboarding, and standardized offboarding processes
