YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on SAP Finance projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Planung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Finanzierungs- und Refinanzierungsmaßnahmen, Bankenmangement und Capital Markets Erfahrung
- Management und Weiterentwicklung von Factoring-Lösungen
- Verantwortung für Treasury-relevante Themen in den Bereichen Insurance und Tax in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Betreuung von Banken, Finanzinstituten und weiteren Finanzierungspartnern gemeinsam mit den Eigentümern
- Implementierung eines Treasury Management Systems
- Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management, Treasury Accounting und Reporting

Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Etablierung des HR-Controllings innerhalb der gesamten NovaTaste Group
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Finance zur Förderung von Workforce-Transparenz und Performance Management
- Bereitstellung von finanziellen und personellen Analysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Unternehmensentscheidungen
- Verantwortung für die Personalkostenplanung, Forecasting-Prozesse sowie die Workforce-Planung
- Entwicklung von HR-Kennzahlen (KPIs), Management-Dashboards und aussagekräftigem Reporting für Führungskräfte
- Unterstützung von organisatorischen Transformationen, Akquisitionen und Wertsteigerungsinitiativen durch datenbasierte Analysen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-, Analyse- und Datenqualitätsstandards

- Lead, develop and inspire Category Managers, Product Managers and Marketing professionals
- Define and execute the European strategy for Category Management, Product Management and Marketing
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs and accountability across the organization
- Drive innovation, portfolio optimization, simplification and digitalization initiatives
- Ensure strong collaboration across Sales, R&D, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
- Provide strategic direction for category growth, product portfolio management, innovation and commercialization
- Ensure effective marketing, brand development, customer engagement and lead generation activities
- Build a high-performing, customer-focused and accountable team focused on delivering business results

- Support organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives through data-driven analyses

WAS DICH AUSMACHT:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain und Merchandise Planning oder Einkaufssteuerung.
- Erfahrung im Retail-, Handels- oder Konsumgüterumfeld, sowie mit ERP- und Planning-Systemen. Tiefes Verständnis von Forecasting, Warensteuerung und Bestandsmanagement.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, gepaart mit analytischen Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität prägt deine Arbeitsweise.
- Du besitzt hohe Entscheidungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve the Group’s global customs management system, define the customs strategy and lead the transformation towards a harmonized governance model
- Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, interfaces and escalation paths within the global customs network; align central functions, local entities, brokers and advisors
- Standardize and improve customs processes relating to classification, origin, valuation, preferential treatment, broker management and recordkeeping; ensure reliable trade master data and identify opportunities to optimize customs-related costs
- Establish KPIs, risk indicators, management reporting, self-assessments and review routines; monitor control effectiveness, identify systemic gaps and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Develop training and communication activities, provide practical guidance to local entities, support authority audits and reviews, coordinate responses where appropriate, and follow up on agreed corrective actions
