- Businessprozesse im Großhandel und Retail zu analysieren und länderübergreifend mit den Fachbereichen zu vergleichen
- Fachliche Anforderungen in User Stories zu übersetzen und gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams weiterzuentwickeln
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT die fachlich sinnvolle und technisch umsetzbare Beschreibung von Anforderungen sicherzustellen
- Abläufe kritisch zu hinterfragen, Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und datengetriebene Lösungen vorzuschlagen
- Am Aufbau des konzernweiten Retail ERP-Systems mitzuwirken und dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv zu gestalten

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
- Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities

- Analyse und Spezifikation von Anforderungen im Kassen- und Promotionsumfeld auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene zusammen mit den Fachbereichen
- Konzeption und Optimierung von Omnichannel-Promotionprozessen – von der Planung im ERP-System bis zur Umsetzung an der Kasse und der SPAR-App
- Technische Ausarbeitung und Integration von Systemen und Schnittstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Frameworks gemeinsam mit internationalen Marketing-Teams um allen Kund:innen ein State-of-the-Art Einkaufserlebnis zu ermöglichen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, develop, and optimize master data management systems with a focus on data governance and process standardization
- Define and maintain data standards and policies to ensure consistency and alignment across all business areas
- Monitor and improve data quality through routine audits, cleansing activities, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven processes and support system integrations (ERP/CRM)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, training, and user support to promote best practices in data management

Tasks
- Handling and further development of customs and foreign trade topics along the supply chain
- Providing technical support to departments (procurement, logistics, supply chain, sales) on customs-related matters
- Carrying out (depending on professional background):
- Tariff classifications
- Reviews of import and export processes
- Origin and preference checks
- Activities in the field of export control and sanctions law
- Contributing to ensuring compliance with national and international customs and foreign trade regulations
- Supporting audits, internal controls, and, if applicable, authority inquiries
- Maintaining and further developing customs-relevant master data and documentation
- Supporting projects (e.g., process improvements, system changes, new legal requirements)

Employment Type: Full-time (and Part-time: min. 28h)
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, complex spice and food additive blends, as well as meat products
- Independently perform microbiological and chemical/physical analyses according to defined testing methods
- Carry out sensory evaluations to assess product quality and characteristics
- Perform sampling, e.g., of raw materials or for microbiological environmental monitoring
- Receive, register, label, and properly store incoming samples
- Prepare and process samples in accordance with laboratory standards
- Analyze, interpret, and evaluate test results, including computer-based documentation
- Prepare analysis certificates and related documentation
- Collaborate with external laboratories and coordinate outsourced analyses
- Operate, maintain, and monitor analytical laboratory equipment, taking responsibility for assigned instruments and testing devices
- Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations according to maintenance schedules
