YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging digital learning content (e-learnings, videos, podcasts, infographics, web) using storytelling and adult learning principle
- Coordinate global training programs with structured planning, localization, and on-time delivery
- Manage and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access and usability
- Apply AI tools and analytics to boost engagement and measure impact
- Collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to identify needs and develop effective training solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German. Portuguese or Japanese are a plus
- Keen to expand technical knowledge and explore new tools and technologies
- Passion for web development (frontend or backend) – experience is a plus
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies to support product needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Projektmanagement: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Koordination und Führung von internationalen Projekten im Bereich Weiterbildung. Mit passenden Methoden und Tools sorgen Sie für Transparenz und setzen internationale Projekte unter Einbeziehung aller relevanten Stakeholder erfolgreich um.
- Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) - Kompetenzaufbau und Einsatz: Sie implementieren gezielte Lern- und Begleitangebote rund um das Thema Künstliche Intelligenz, um Mitarbeitende beim Aufbau relevanter Kompetenzen zu unterstützen und den nachhaltigen Einsatz zu fördern. Gleichzeitig nutzen Sie innovative KI-Technologien, um Weiterbildungsangebote zu modernisieren, zeitgemäße Formate zu etablieren und Lernprozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
- Beratung und Austausch: Durch individuelle und professionelle Beratung unterstützen Sie die Länder der Teilgruppe Österreich bei der Umsetzung der zuvor erarbeiteten, internationalen strategischen Konzepte mit Schwerpunkt Weiterbildung und KI. Sie führen Trainings durch, um die Kolleg:innen inhaltlich für die unterschiedlichen Weiterbildungsformate zu qualifizieren. Der internationale Austausch mit Ihrem (Projekt)Team findet hauptsächlich digital statt. Vereinzelt reisen Sie zu gut planbaren Terminen und treffen Ihre Länderkolleg:innen persönlich.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of managerial experience in partnership management, media distribution, business development or a similar role, preferably in the media industry
- Experience working in international HQs with regional/local market teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills in diverse, global environments.
- Deep understanding of digital content distribution, digital platforms, or sports/media rights management, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven capability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide strategic solutions in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Team-player mentality with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel internationally, operate with enthusiasm and energy, and manage operationally demanding tasks with a high degree of flexibility and independence.
