- Align with supply chain and factory teams to resolve product-related shortages, defects, and performance gaps
- Define and track KPIs such as tool uptime, MTBF, field failure rates, response time, and customer satisfaction

- Lead material and sourcing activities to support New Product Implementation Programs (NPI), ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and manufacturing readiness targets.
- Define and drive program sourcing strategies and related sub‑projects for direct materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Production.
- Perform cost analysis, volume planning, and supply‑risk assessments for assigned programs and suppliers.
