RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience.
- Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g. Nielsen IQ, Circana, etc.) as well as strong analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of Planogram software (e.g. Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen).
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage
- Strong attention to detail, process driven and structured.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation, as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions.
- Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
- Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
- Experience in people management is strongly favoured
- eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
- Strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
- Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute M&A transactions including strategic assessment, due diligence, negotiation and synergy identification; lead every aspect of day-to-day operations from signing to closing
- Proactive management of corporate projects, lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with advisors
- Develop value creation scenarios and translate strategic options into solid business cases

- Organize, prepare and present content for top management meetings, including decision memos, workshops and presentations
