Ihre Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung
- Idealerweise 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung,
- Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohe Genauigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Kompetenz
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unserer IT-Security-Abteilung.
- Du stellst die Informationssicherheit unserer Kundenlösungen und Produkte sicher und entwickelst diese laufend weiter.
- Du konzipierst und steuerst IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für komplexe Leitstellensysteme.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um sicherheitsrelevante Anforderungen zu planen und umzusetzen.
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um Informationssicherheit.
- Du unterstützt Audits und Assessments im regulatorischen Umfeld, insbesondere nach NIS und BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- Du gestaltest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Security-Portfolios und unserer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control and certification of supplier products, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and support supplier audits and development activities by Global Supplier Quality Management.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to supplier quality performance, driving corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong supplier relationships, supporting joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of QM standards across the organization
- Engage in optimization and transformation projects that will drive growth and efficiency

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, develop, and optimize master data management systems with a focus on data governance and process standardization
- Define and maintain data standards and policies to ensure consistency and alignment across all business areas
- Monitor and improve data quality through routine audits, cleansing activities, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven processes and support system integrations (ERP/CRM)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, training, and user support to promote best practices in data management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and ensure compliance with certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) across all Palfinger entities
- Conduct internal audits and assess the effectiveness of the Global PALFINGER Management System (GPMS)
- Develop audit programs, plans, schedules, and checklists based on risk assessments and strategic priorities
- Continuously improve QHSE policies and standards and assist local entities in their implementation
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions for compliance and support the implementation of global "Quality Leader" strategies and quality targets

ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You will take on the technical and organisational management of our IT Security department.
- You will ensure the information security of our client solutions and products and continuously develop these further.
- You will design and manage IT security measures for complex control centre systems.
- You will work closely with internal teams to plan and implement security-related requirements.
- You will be the main point of contact for our customers on all matters relating to information security.
- You will support audits and assessments in the regulatory environment, particularly in accordance with NIS and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- You will play an active role in shaping the strategic development of our security portfolio and our security standards.
