- Compensation: €1,600 gross per month (based on full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
- English fluent, German skills are beneficial
- Extensive experience and technical of Outewear, fabrics, function and treatments, bestseller shapes for menswear and womenswear
- Strong Trend research and market research skills
- Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail and creativity

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in media monitoring, sponsorship analysis, or related fields (agency background preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data (ETL) into actionable insights.
- Proven experience sourcing and evaluating earned media and monitoring data, with expertise in managing external suppliers or outsourced teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native reporting dashboards).
- Basic understanding of Python and motivation to grow technical skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a passion for sports, culture, and data storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable product development or product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.
