YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

- Ansprechpartner für den laufenden Betrieb von SAP FI/CO und Ein/Ausgangsrechnungssystemen für die Finanzabteilungen der PHS-Gruppe im In- und Ausland
- Unterstützung bei Projekt SAP S/4 Hana, beim SAP FI/CO Einführungsprojekte in ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften oder andere strategische Finanzprojekte der PHS
- Anforderungsmanagement in Abstimmung mit den Key-Account Senior für Systemänderungen in SAP FI/CO
- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Unterstützung in der Erstellung der Trainingsunterlagen und System- / Prozessdokumentationen für SAP und ER-System
