YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve global Sales/O2C process standards, including governance rules and KPI set, to drive continuous improvement and alignment across regions
- Identify and coordinate process experts worldwide, execute advanced training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions
- Build up a solid foundation for Process Performance Monitoring to enable process integrity and compliance by monitoring process performance via KPIs/PPIs, analyzing deviations, and initiating corrective improvement measures
- Manage global rollout tasks in course of roll-out projects, ensuring consistent implementation and expected business impact across entitie
- Define system-related process requirements for O2C processes (SAP SD) validate changes (incl. testing coordination) and conduct rollout changes within the global change-control framework (RFC process)

Tasks
- Responsibility for the legally compliant creation and review of labels based on current specifications (declaration, documentation, compliance)
- Creation and maintenance of sample and finished product specifications in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Implementation of linguistic adjustments and extensions in more than 42 languages, as well as maintenance of international country‑ and customer‑specific requirements
- Operational support and management of label inventories for several international locations
- Subject‑matter contact person for internal departments such as Production, Customer Service, Product Management and Logistics
- Documentation and maintenance of process documentation as well as country‑ and customer‑specific requirement tables

- Development, optimization, and standardization of packaging concepts for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
- Execution of tests under real conditions to ensure quality, stability, and functionality
- Analysis of regulatory, customer-specific, and legal requirements and their implementation
- Creation and maintenance of technical packaging specifications and documentation
- Close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, SCM, procurement, and global packaging teams
- Leadership and support of cross-site packaging and optimization projects
- Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of improvement measures
- Driving sustainability, innovation, cost efficiency, and best practices within the packaging network
