- Du entwickelst den Content- und Redaktionsplan für tenhaag und setzt diesen eigenverantwortlich um.
- Du betreust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und organisierst die laufende Planung und Veröffentlichung über Swat.io.
- Du betreust passende UGC-Creator und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit – vom Briefing bis zum fertigen Content.
- Du bereitest kreative Assets für unsere Paid-Kampagnen auf Meta, TikTok, YouTube und Google auf.
- Du produzierst Inhouse-Content – von der Idee über die Aufnahme bis zum Videoschnitt.
- Du hast aktuelle Trends im Blick und übersetzt sie in die Markenwelt von tenhaag.

Die Rolle
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Grafik- und Editorial Design
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere InDesign,
- Illustrator und Photoshop
- Kenntnisse in der Foto- und Videoproduktion sind von Vorteil
- Kreativität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Design, Medien und Social Media

- Preparation of monthly declarations
- Act as functional lead for a small accounting team of 2, coordinating tasks and providing day‑to‑day guidance

- Develop and sustain new processes and process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields
- Compile and analyze test data to establish next steps in process development and determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications
- Collaborate internally to plan, collect data, analyze results, and report on customer demos for existing process applications
