Are you passionate about driving real estate projects from concept to completion? As a Project Coordinator in our Corporate Real Estate Management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of construction, relocation, and modernization projects through effective planning, communication, and documentation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project leads in planning, managing, and executing real estate projects (new builds, renovations, relocations, etc.)
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external)
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
• Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops, and presentations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in project coordination, ideally in real estate or construction
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt, agile methods)
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
