- Du hast die HTL für Technische Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Schule abgeschlossen bzw. verfügst über ein Studium in einem ähnlichen Fachbereich;
- Du verstehst Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und kannst sowohl auf fachlicher als auch auf technischer Ebene kompetent kommunizieren;
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Methoden und Werkzeugen des Requirements Engineerings (z. B. JIRA, Confluence, draw.io) sowie in agilen Arbeitsumgebungen gesammelt;

- Define and execute global product support strategies aligned with business goals and product roadmaps

- Design and maintain process and training documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 using Signavio, and conduct related process trainings
- Drive the continuous improvement, global rollout, and operational support of the Engineering Change Management process
- Define and implement requirement specifications for process optimizations
- Contribute to the development of the global process landscape and support process integrations and system implementations, including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts
- Manage and coordinate process optimization projects and maintain a global network of product line, regional, and local process experts in collaboration with internal and external partners.

- Develop and grow the After Sales business in EMEA markets together with our national distributor partners
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for After Sales leaders, supporting them in improving performance and market maturity
- Identify growth opportunities through market insights, data and best‑practice sharing across countries
- Strengthen the uptake of After Sales solutions such as spare parts, service contracts and digital services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Spare Part Center, Lead Area Sales Managment, Network Development and Product Management

- Review purchase requisitions, manage request for quotes (RFQ’s), and purchase order changes.
- Responsible for ongoing supplier relations commercially supporting the Lam business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate purchasing activities to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity within enterprise-wide systems (ERP).
- Perform cost analysis and volume planning for commodities.
- Monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
- Interacts closely with suppliers to review and manage performance, deliveries, and quality.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability.
