- Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects
- Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management
- Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting
- Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings
- Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant

- Verantwortung für sämtliche Investitions-, Verbesserungs-, Standort- und Transformationsprojekte
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen PMO gemeinsam mit der Werksleitung
- Steuerung des lokalen Projektportfolios inkl. Priorisierung, Pipeline-Management und Status-Reporting
- Globale Berichterstattung zu Investitionen, Verbesserungsprojekten und Savings
- Einführung und Pflege eines einheitlichen Projektmanagement-Rahmens für alle Bereiche im Werk

Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making
