Your Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
- Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements, review specifications and assess technical feasibility
- Act as interface between Engineering/R&D, Sales and Production and translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Support projects from inquiry to implementation and assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation for projects and internal handovers
- Provide technical support and act as point of contact for customers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define, document, and continuously improve engineering data structures, processes, and data models in systems such as Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA• Establish and maintain data-governance standards for data creation, changes, phase-out, quality, and usage• Monitor engineering-data quality, lead enrichment and cleansing initiatives, and develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms.• Support data migration, conversion, and system implementations or upgrades while ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, build a network of product-data experts, and provide training and coaching to promote best practices

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain process and training documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 using Signavio, and conduct related process trainings
- Drive the continuous improvement, global rollout, and operational support of the Engineering Change Management process
- Define and implement requirement specifications for process optimizations
- Contribute to the development of the global process landscape and support process integrations and system implementations, including SAP and Teamcenter rollouts
- Manage and coordinate process optimization projects and maintain a global network of product line, regional, and local process experts in collaboration with internal and external partners.
