- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des regionalen People‑Operations‑Teams; Förderung von operativer Exzellenz und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Primäre operative Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Betriebsräte und externe Partner; Eskalationsstelle für komplexe operative Themen
- Vorantreiben von Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer HR‑Prozesse, einschließlich Verantwortung für die Nutzung von SuccessFactors, HR‑Reporting und Automatisierungsinitiativen
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher, datenschutzrechtlicher und Governance‑Vorgaben; Leitung operativer Interaktionen und Verhandlungen mit Betriebsräten
- Verantwortung für den operativen Talent‑Acquisition‑Bereich, einschließlich SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruiting‑Workflows, Onboarding sowie standardisierte Offboarding‑Prozesse

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical and managerial leadership of the team in the Order Engineering & Technical Documentation department
- Management and coordination of order-related processes
- Ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of technical documentation with optimization and further development of processes, tools and standards
- Interface management between Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Service
- Resource planning and capacity management within the area of responsibility and support in preparing quotations and clarifying technical aspects of customer requirements
