- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Konstruktion und/oder Entwicklung;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SolidWorks;
- Erfahrung mit PDM-Systemen von Vorteil;
- Verständnis für Fertigungstechniken und Werkstoffe,

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or PhD in a related field
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks, and others
- Hands-on experimental, prototype, and test background coupled with solid engineering skills
