- Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree) in a relevant field
- Understanding of the apparel or fashion industry is a plus
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual details and aesthetics
- Team player with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Eager to learn and open to feedback in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interest in sports, apparel, and Red Bull’s world
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Figma or a similar digital design/prototyping tool
