- Design and develop highly complex electrical systems, sub-systems, and/or solutions, applying engineering methods to design

- Ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, including 2nd & 3rd level support
- Design, configuration, and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, including Foundation and cross‑modular functions
- Participation in group‑wide HR‑IT transformation projects, including data migration and integration of new solutions
- Close collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders, as well as coordination of external implementation and service partners
- Analysis of technical requirements, evaluation of new functionalities, and active contribution to the design of the HR system architecture
