- You will support the introduction of comprehensive IT and software solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation in terms of budget, time and content.
- Your focus will be on coordinating and managing customer projects. You will work closely with your project team, manage the individual phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will hold regular project meetings, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare decisions for management.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global SAP transformation program (multi-country, multi-module)
- Ensure alignment between IT, global/local business units, and C-suite stakeholders
- Drive business adoption, not just technical implementation
- Act as a bridge-builder across functions, regions, and leadership levels
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
- On-time, on-budget SAP program delivery
- Strong alignment between business objectives and IT delivery
- Fluent German and English skills
