Internship Global Music Marketing

The Red Bull Music Marketing program represents one of the key pillars of the marketing mix. The global Music team is seeking a Music Marketing Intern to support the team in coordinating music marketing projects on a global scale, with a special focus on the Freestyle project: Red Bull Batalla.
The internship is expected to last for a 6-month period, starting in mid July 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
MUSIC PROJECTSYou'll support the global music team in the alignment & development of global music projects/series related to freestyle regular season of the core project of Red Bull Batalla and spin off initiatives.
ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORTYou’ll assist the music team with organizational topics, e.g., the preparation of status/recap presentations, outreach to markets, invoice workflow etc.
ARTIST SUPPORT/BOOKINGSigned artist who represents the brand and the project are a key part of the program. You'll support the global music team in the status/reports of the signed artist as well as the booking of Red Bull signed and no signed artist for the projects.
EXPERIENCE

- Currently studying or recently graduated in a University Degree (Bachelor's/Master's)
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficient in written and spoken Spanish
- Interest & passion for music
- Focused and proactive attitude
- Organized working style, attention to detail
- Reliable colleague, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with open mind and flexible attitude
