YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously enhance PALFINGER’s global enterprise risk and insurance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and governance requirements
- Lead and further develop the enterprise risk & insurance team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a strong risk culture
- Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and mitigation across strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks
- Monitor and enhance risk mitigation strategies, loss prevention measures, and risk gap analyses across the organization
- Act as the central interface to brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders worldwide

ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- As part of the legal team, you will help to draft tender applications in accordance with public procurement law for calls for tenders.
- You will review and draft terms and conditions as well as contracts with customers and suppliers, and assist with contract negotiations.
- You will handle various legal matters in close consultation with management and the specialist departments.
- You will also contribute to insurance law matters, such as reviewing clauses and assessing claims.

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.
