RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent communication skills in English is required
- At least 3 years of professional experience within a food/drink compliance role
- Knowledge of food science, nutrition & food law (Bachelors degree preferred but not essential)
- Experience in basic project management.
- Knowledge of handling recipe management/PLM systems is a plus

- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably within the POS product environment.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; basic German is a plus.
- Strong procurement knowledge with a solid understanding of contract management.
- Proven expertise in managing product development projects, with experience in structured project and process management involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, global organization, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.

- At least 5 years of professional experience with Digital Workplace services or a similar role.
- Experience in managing budgets related to workplace technology, including cost planning, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
- ITIL 4.0 Foundation is a plus.
