Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and continuously develop the global internal communication strategy in alignment with Corporate Communications, brand, and Reach Higher 2030+; define tone of voice, governance, standards, and processes
- Steer global editorial and topic planning, ensure clear narratives, messaging consistency, and language guidelines; simplify communication by focusing on strategic relevance and impactful storytelling
- Own and coordinate the global internal communication ecosystem, including the intranet and collaboration platforms, ensuring a well‑orchestrated push‑and‑pull communication model across global, regional, and local levels
- Lead internal communication for major initiatives, change, and crisis situations; empower leaders as communicators through clear guidance, tools, and formats in close collaboration with Corporate Communications and HR
- Act as a strategic partner to Management, HR, and regional hubs; lead and develop the global internal communication team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute employer branding content by supporting the social media content calendar and creating engaging text, images, and short‑form videos tailored to employer branding audiences
- Prepare and optimize visual content by editing, cropping, and formatting images and videos to ensure they are social‑media‑ready and aligned with brand guidelines
- Source authentic employee stories globally by building relationships across regions, functions, and business units, and monitoring internal platforms for relevant content that can be repurposed
- Coordinate social media publishing by aligning with the Corporate Social Media team and using existing tools and workflows to plan, schedule, and publish content
- Support employee engagement by encouraging, monitoring, and responding to reviews on employee listening channels
