- In Abstimmung mit der Direktion gestaltest du aktiv den Hotelbetrieb mit.
- Du hilfst dabei, Standards und Prozesse zu entwickeln, damit alles rund läuft – flexibel, durchdacht und mit Persönlichkeit.

- Herzlicher Empfang der Gäste
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und ordnungsgemäßen Ablaufs an der Rezeption
- Gästemanagement: Check-in sowie Check-out des Gastes mit dem PMS System PEP
- Professionelle Bearbeitung aller Anliegen unserer Gäste
- Erledigung von persönlichen sowie telefonischen Anfragen sowie Beschwerdemanagement
- Bearbeitung von „No-Shows“
- Rechnungslegungen und -korrekturen
- Betreuung der Bar

RESPONSIBILITIES
- First work experience in fields of (retail and/or trade) marketing, PR, product management, sales or related would be an advantage
- Strong affinity for fashion and lifestyle industry, is a must
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects would make you step out of the crowd
- Expertise in correspondence with internal and external partners on an international level
- Ability to autonomously assume projects and tasks and to proactively work in a structured manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Sheraton Grand Salzburg
- Develop and execute a cohesive cluster sales strategy, aligning with brand standards and revenue goals across both properties
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve booking targets, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Oversee proactive and reactive sales efforts, ensuring optimal conversion across all channels and market segments
- Drive business development through strategic account management, market intelligence and innovative positioning strategies
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing Communications to optimise RevPAR, market share and campaign effectiveness
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including ownership, regional teams and global sales offices
- Ensure seamless integration between sales and operations, maintaining exceptional service delivery throughout the customer journey
- Manage the marketing budget to support targeted campaigns, promotions and brand-aligned initiatives

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.
