YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Disciplinary leadership and development of team member
- Implementation of operations requirements within the framework of PALFINGER release cycles with your team in close coordination with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Optimization of internal and cross-departmental processes and structures in collaboration with other departments and the Palfinger Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Coordination and collaboration with external service providers including budget monitoring and governance

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of application specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Drive the implementation of business and operational requirements within PALFINGER release cycles in close collaboration with the Process & Data Organization (PDO)
- Continuously optimize operational processes, application services, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT functions
- Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring effective governance, service quality, and budget compliance
- Contribute to the strategic development of PALFINGER's SAP Operations landscape by driving innovation, standardization, and process improvements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, document, and continuously improve engineering data structures, processes, and data models in systems such as Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA
- Establish and maintain data-governance standards for data creation, changes, phase-out, quality, and usage
- Monitor engineering-data quality, lead enrichment and cleansing initiatives, and develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
- Support data migration, conversion, and system implementations or upgrades while ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, build a network of product-data experts, and provide training and coaching to promote best practices

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on SAP Finance projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services
