YOUR RESPORNSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects across different regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and guidelines.
- Drive project delivery with full responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management throughout all project phases. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Construction Management.
- Collaborate closely with local project teams, business stakeholders, Global Construction Management, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives and support building life cycle analysis and costing.
- Manage and coordinate external partners, including architects, engineering firms, consultants, and construction companies.
- Contribute to the continuous development and standardization of construction processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.

• Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Hydraulikzylindern und elektrischen Aktuatoren• Mechanische Konstruktion und Berechnung von Komponenten und Baugruppen• Mitarbeit an Sonderprojekten und Umsetzung der Kundenwünsche• Erstellung und Pflege der Stücklisten• Technische Abklärung und Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Montage und Produktlinien während und nach der Konstruktionsphase
