YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
- Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously enhance PALFINGER’s global enterprise risk and insurance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and governance requirements
- Lead and further develop the enterprise risk & insurance team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a strong risk culture
- Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and mitigation across strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks
- Monitor and enhance risk mitigation strategies, loss prevention measures, and risk gap analyses across the organization
- Act as the central interface to brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders worldwide

- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung globaler S/4HANA‑Finance‑Standards und Beratung der Stakeholder in Fragen der Prozessgovernance
- Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Finanz- und bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen
- Übersetzen von Business‑Anforderungen in S/4HANA‑konforme funktionale Designs
- Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und IT, inklusive Unterstützung von Projekten, Tests sowie Maßnahmen zur Benutzerbefähigung
