YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
- Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities

- Responsibility for all treasury and corporate finance activities across the Group
- Managing liquidity, cash and working capital management, as well as financial risk management (FX hedging, interest rate swaps, counterparty risk, hedge accounting, etc.)
- Planning, structuring and executing financing and refinancing activities, including bank relationship management and capital markets-related initiatives
- Managing and further developing factoring solutions
- Responsibility for treasury-related topics in the areas of insurance and tax, in close cooperation with the respective departments
- Managing relationships with banks, financial institutions and other financing partners together with the shareholders
- Implementing a Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Preparing analyses and decision-making materials for management, including treasury accounting and reporting

- Erstellung von Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management, Treasury Accounting und Reporting

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.

- Laufende Daten- und Kostenanalyse und Ausarbeitung von Entwicklungsvorschlägen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Branchenstandards
- Globale Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kolleg:innen in Bezug auf Vergütungsprüfungsprozess, Datenvalidierung, Prozessverbesserung, Off-Cycle-Anträge usw.
- Bewertung/Verbesserung aktueller Vergütungsprogramme in Bezug auf die Gesichtspunkte Vielfalt, Gerechtigkeit und Integration
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus HR/Finance bei der Entwicklung von Vergütungs- und Sozialleistungsrichtlinien und -programmen sowie Kommunikation an die Mitarbeitenden
- Verwaltung von Sozialleistungsprogrammen (Krankenversicherung, Altersvorsorge, bezahlte Freistellung etc.)
