YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
- Provide end-user support and incident management, including troubleshooting, help desk activities, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to test, implement, and document logistics processes and system enhancements
- Lead small projects or tasks independently, helping define new business needs and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Train clients and share knowledge internally, staying updated on software enhancements and continuously improving support processes and team capabilities

SAP Analytics Cloud (Stories, Data Analyzer, Analytical Models) - Gestaltung benutzerfreundlicher und aussagekräftiger Reporting-Lösungen
für internationale Fachbereiche - Analyse und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in innovative BI- und Analytics-Konzepte
- Unterstützung und Beratung vonAnwender:innensowie Durchführung von Schulungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Finance und weiterenBusiness-Stakeholder:innen
- Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Standards,Governance- und Berechtigungskonzepten
