- Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects
- Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management
- Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting
- Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings
- Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver structured Lean training and coaching to leaders and teams to ensure effective application of PPS principles, methods, and standards
- Facilitate structured improvement formats (e.g. workshops, kaizen events) to enable teams to deliver measurable results
- Embed Lean principles into daily management systems to ensure sustainable performance improvement
- Lead improvement projects globally and actively support local PPS experts in delivering measurable operational impact
- Develop and maintain global PPS standards and conduct maturity assessments to ensure consistent implementation and transparency across all sites

- Development, optimization, and standardization of packaging concepts for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
- Execution of tests under real conditions to ensure quality, stability, and functionality
- Analysis of regulatory, customer-specific, and legal requirements and their implementation
- Creation and maintenance of technical packaging specifications and documentation
- Close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, SCM, procurement, and global packaging teams
- Leadership and support of cross-site packaging and optimization projects
- Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of improvement measures
- Driving sustainability, innovation, cost efficiency, and best practices within the packaging network

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support smaller projects for template development and rollout initiatives, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities across PDO and functional teams
- Drive change management for template development and rollouts, including structured communication, adoption tracking, and feedback collection to support transparency and effective decision-making
- Support the preparation and execution of rollout activities across functions and regions, continuously improving rollout and change approaches
- Manage onboarding of new PDO members, ensuring structured integration into processes, tools, governance, and ways of working, while acting as a key contact point for operational and coordination topics within the Process & Data Organization
- Maintain and enhance PDO collaboration platforms as central information hubs, supporting communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing, while assisting BPM&A experts and leadership with standards, governance, process transparency, reporting, and KPI tracking
