- Businessprozesse im Großhandel und Retail zu analysieren, kritisch zu hinterfragen und in klare, datengetriebene Lösungen für die Fachbereiche zu überführen.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und Entwicklung zu agieren und sicherzustellen, dass Anforderungen technisch machbar und fachlich sinnvoll umgesetzt werden.
- Fachliche Anforderungen in User Storys zu übersetzen und gemeinsam mit Entwickler:innen sowie Product Ownern in technische Lösungen zu überführen.
- Datenbanklogiken und bestehende Codestrukturen zu verstehen, um Abläufe zu hinterfragen, Fehlerquellen zu identifizieren und nachhaltige Lösungen vorzuschlagen.
- 3rd-Level-Support für ERP-Anwendungen zu leisten und dabei komplexe technische Problemstellungen zu analysieren und zu beheben.

Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for internal business and external service providers and stakeholders. Define and analyze requirements as a business partner together with the specialist departments, and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize and further develop SAP CPQ and C4C (CRM) platform
- Plan and execute projects and change requests and rollouts
- Responsible for customizing of the related platforms to meet business requirements
- Manage integration with SAP ERP and third-party systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Conduct user trainings

- Support of the Marine Finance Team as well as the Marine Management Team
- Support data analytics (maintenance and ERP development initiatives)

- Support of local finance managers for monthly, quarterly and year-end closings

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management (or equivalent practical experience); experience in data science is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar business field — production processes, data setup, operations, or master data management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP required), with hands-on experience managing BOMs and recipe data.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency across systems and stakeholders.
- Proactive, open-minded, and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional projects effectively.

- Support in documenting and reviewing import and export processes, especially raw material imports
- Checking import declarations and customs documents for completeness and plausibility
- Assisting in communication with freight forwarders and internal departments
- Maintaining basic customs-relevant data such as commodity codes and origin information
- Supporting the recording and filing of preference certificates (e.g. supplier declarations)
- Preparing documents for internal audits and customs inspections
- Researching legal foundations in the customs field and documenting findings
- Contributing to the optimization of import/export processes

Die Rolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Logistik und/oder Zoll
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und SAP-Umfeld

Tasks
- Documentation and verification of raw material imports, including checking import declarations and customs clearances submitted by brokers for accuracy and completeness
- Communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal departments
- Maintenance and management of customs-relevant master data (commodity codes, customs tariffs, origin information)
- Review and application of preferential arrangements (e.g. EUR.1, supplier declarations)
- Advising and supporting the Swiss subsidiary on customs-related matters
- Coordination and support during customs audits and internal audits
- Monitoring legal changes in customs and foreign trade law and implementing them within the company
- Optimization of customs-related processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth import processes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support reimbursement projects with a focus on financial analysis and documentation
- Track and evaluate reimbursement and refund values, prepare performance reports, and coordinate related review meetings
- Co-develop KPI dashboards to monitor and visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate on the setup of a supplier quality system, working cross-functionally with various departments
- Assist in SAP and Claim-on-Supplier implementation projects, ensuring smooth process integration and data accuracy

- Import & export processing and notification, including dual-use goods, monitoring of embargoed countries;
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (prohibitions and restrictions) and risk avoidance in day-to-day business (import/export);
- Monitoring existing and new free trade agreements and EU regulations (e.g., CBAM, F-GAS, etc.);
- Drafting current legal regulations and communicating with the relevant departments;
- Independent classification of goods in the customs tariff;
- Archiving and checking customs documents, export and connection records, preparing statistical reports;
- Support in setting up or expanding our internal customs control system;
- Communication with the relevant customs authorities and transport companies;
- Packaging planning and various packaging activities;
- Outgoing goods preparation and handling of cartons/boxes to be picked;

- Extensive Project Management experience - Highly skilled in structuring, facilitating, and leading meetings and workshops to align diverse stakeholders, foster collaboration, and achieve actionable outcomes
- Expertise in leading complex end-to-end process design and conceptual discussions to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end processes in Finance (Operations, and Sales is a plus), with particular experience in the FMCG industry. Proficient in systems such as SAP ERP FI/CO, Arriba, X-Suite, BIS, Provisions & Payables, E-invoicing, EDI Interfaces, Liquidity Forecast, and related business processes and data structures.
