YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Drive project success by leading cross-functional core teams from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders
- Plan & Execute Projects: Develop and implement structured project plans in line with PDP/CPP frameworks, focusing on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standard
- Monitor & Control Progress: Track project performance using standardized KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and manage project data to support informed decision-making
- Manage Risks & Stakeholders: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making
- Ensure Governance & Communication: Prepare and present project updates to leadership, facilitate gate reviews, and ensure compliance with governance processes and toolchains

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition of the BPM KPIs as well as the improvement of the BPM Framework, Process Modelling Notation and the Business Process Management Guide
- Further develop and the improve Business Process Architecture and support Process Owners and Senior Process and Data Manager in definition and documentation of the architecture of the process area
- Design, model and document business processes (BPMN 2.0) with special focus on the business process templates. Review and approve business processes against defined quality criteria to drive the cross-functional harmonization of business process documentation across the Process Landscape
- Provide consultancy to the Process and Data Organization in process architecture development and modelling, facilitate collaboration among BPM stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing including BPM trainings and development of training materials
- Perform administration and improvement of the BPM System (SAP Signavio) including the management of SAP Signavio dictionary, licenses, users and access rights

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic analysis and planning by collecting and evaluating data, assessing existing processes, and supporting the development of transformation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Define and guide program structures, including the development of program and project charters, governance frameworks, and clear roadmaps that ensure effective execution.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, working with interdisciplinary and intercultural teams to deliver results within set timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Manage stakeholders and support change adoption by designing communication approaches, building strong engagement strategies, and fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Measure performance and ensure transparency through the definition of milestones and KPIs, continuous progress monitoring, and preparation of clear reports and presentations for leadership.
